MANUP DEVOTIONAL STARTS

To the glory of God, I have started writing daily to bless the men and women in my Facebook group "Next Generation of Fathers" .Here are the first 3 days post for you to read. If you want to be part of this, kindly join us on Facebook and enjoy more words that will bless and help your walk with God plus help you become all that God has destined you to be.

Manup - Day 1 -  The Price to pay to be a man after God's heart

There is a price to pay, in becoming a man after God's heart. A man that will be a man, a father, a provider, mentor and a catalyst or change agent must be ready to pay the price of becoming all the above and more.
Noah paid the price by walking and obeying God ( Genesis 6:9-22, Genesis 7 and Genesis 8)
Abraham paid the price and became the father of many nations. ( Genesis 12- Genesis Chapter 17) . Man, are you ready to Manup and pay the price to be all God has destined you to be?

Prayer point: Lord, help me to discover the price I have to pay for my glorious future.

Confession : Psalm 19:12-14 paraphrased. O Lord, cleanse me from every secret faults, keep me away from presumptuous sin, let them not have dominion over me, then shall I be upright and be innocent from the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer.

Manup Day 2 - Multiply what you have

Dear man, there is something in you that God has deposited to bless your world. You have to discover it and put it to good use to bless mankind.
When God created man in Genesis, He gave him all he needed to tend the garden, so also He has given you a gift, a talent that must be multiplied to make him call you a faithful servant. There is an account in Luke 19:11-27, three men were given talent in different proportion by their master. After some time, the master came and two had multiplied their investment while the other man had excuses why he did not multiply his. The other two were rewarded, while the one with the excuse was told to return what he had and was sent away.

Manup today and check God's investment in your life, are you multiplying it or have you decided to hide and waste it?

Prayer point : Ask God to reveal all He has deposited in you to invest to bless you and mankind

Confession: Luke 19:24-26 - I will be given more as I multiply all I am given by God in Jesus name amen.

Manup Day 3 - What are you declaring?

There is a scripture I love to declare and it's Psalm 84:11, it says " For the Lord God is a sun and a shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that are walk uprightly.

Man, what are you declaring? Are you declaring what you see? The lack you see around or declaring what you know God says about your situation?
The Psalmist said in Psalm 23:1, the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. This means, as long as God is your shepherd, you will not be in want of wisdom to be a man, you will not be in want of provision for your vision, you will not be in want of what you need to fulfill your role as a father, husband, worker and all God has destined you to be.

Today, Manup, go out and declare what God has said concerning you.

Prayer point : Lord, help me to declare your words over my life and situations in Jesus name amen.

Confession: Psalm 23:1 - The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want all I need to be a man
